In case you haven’t seen yet, we’ve added a mobile site to give you the chance to shop on the move.  We’re going to give you a step-by-step run-down on how to order through our mobile site.

1)      Login/Register

It’s pretty easy to login or register. It’s the same as the main website. Just press the login button and type in your details. If you already have items in your basket at home, they’ll still be shown in your basket on the mobile site. If you cant remember your password, clicking the Forgot my Password box will allow you to reset it.

If you haven’t got an account with us yet, you haven’t been ignored. You can still register an account through our mobile site.

2)      Adding Products

All of the products are still here, so you won’t miss out on any products by using the mobile site. All the links still work, offering you easy navigation around the website. Once you’ve added a product to your basket, you’ll be given the option to go back, which will let you continue shopping, or Proceed to Checkout, which will take you to your basket.

3)      Basket Page

If you’ve shopped on our main site, you’ll probably recognise this basket page.  Not much has changed. You can still add an order code, and you can still modify the products if you need to. Once you’ve finished with your basket, press the Continue Button to move onto the next step.

4)      Delivery Options

We wanted to make things as recognisable and familiar for our customers, so again, we haven’t changed much for the last few pages. We just needed to make sure it was fully optimised for your mobile use.

The products can either be sent to your account address, or an alternate address.

5)      Payment Options

The easy drop down menus will let you pick your preferred payment type.  You’ll be able to easily navigate through the payment process. Our drop down menus let you pay by using your La Redoute credit account or via your bank card.

6)      Order Confirmation

Finally, once you’ve filled in your payment details and clicked Confirm my Payment, the process is complete! You’ve successfully ordered using our Mobile Site.

You can always find your completed orders by pressing My Orders button located in the top left hand side of the page.
